About Liv.
Hello, my name's Liv, I am owner & makeup artist of Liv Haley Makeup. I am a one-woman show, providing makeup services for my wonderful clients from proms, birthdays, special occasions & bridal.
I originally trained at Coleg Gwent in 2016 in media makeup where I received my VTCT qualification. Fast forward to 2022, after all the covid lockdowns, I realized I truly wanted to dedicate myself fully to makeup. I retrained with a wonderful makeup artist one-on-one to refresh my skills & gain another qualification.
Since then, I've trained with more makeup artists across the UK to improve my skills, gain more knowledge & be the best MUA I can be for my clients.

Bridal beauty services by Liv Haley Makeup Artist, offering professional makeup for brides, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, flower girls, and of course, the stunning bride herself.
Every bridal booking also includes a complimentary touch-up kit for each member of the bridal party whose makeup has been professionally applied by Liv, complete with lashes where chosen. Brides will also receive an exclusive Bridal Morning Brochure filled with practical tips for creating a calm, organised, and enjoyable wedding morning, along with a Bridal Skincare Guide designed to help achieve a radiant, long-lasting makeup finish for the big day.

Bridal makeup is a personalised experience so you look & feel your best on your wedding day. Using the best products from my kit, I'll ensure your wedding makeup stays radiant from the first look to the final dance.
I am based in South Wales and cover a wide range of locations, including popular wedding venues such as The Parkway Hotel, Celtic Manor Resort, Sant Ffraed House, and St Tewdrick’s House. I regularly travel throughout Newport, Cardiff, the Valleys, Swansea, and as far as Gloucester.
Packing and travel fees apply to all bookings. For locations over 2.5 hours away, accommodation for myself may be required; this will be discussed and confirmed in your enquiry response email.

An introduction to makeup | No makeup - makeup | 1-1 lesson | £65
This 1–1 lesson is perfect for beginners and anyone who wants to enhance their natural features without feeling overdone.
You’ll learn skin prep, natural makeup techniques, and how to recreate the look at home — all in a calm, supportive environment focused on building confidence, not covering up.
Your appointment also includes a detailed booklet with a skin prep guide, help identifying your skin type, recommended products, a lesson breakdown, and advice on building your makeup bag without overspending.
