At Liv Haley Makeup we strive to provide an excellent service that meets the expectations of our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances when you are not fully satisfied with the makeup services. Please read our refund policy below to understand how we handle requests for refunds.
1. Refund Eligibility

Satisfaction Guarantee: We want our clients to be happy with the results of our services. If, after your makeup application, you are not satisfied with the results, please inform us immediately. We will do our best to make adjustments on the spot to meet your expectations. We cannot offer a refund if the client has left the service location without discussing any concerns with us.

Full Refunds: A full refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

We are unable to provide the service you booked due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency) on our end.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Deposits: Deposits paid to secure a booking are non-refundable, except in the case of a service cancellation by us. This deposit is applied toward the cost of the final service.

No-Show or Late Cancellations: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without giving adequate notice (as per our cancellation policy), the deposit is forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Similarly, if you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the full payment will be non-refundable.
3. Refund Requests

Refund Processing: Once a refund request is received, we will evaluate the situation. If the request is valid, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days, depending on the method of payment.
4. Exchange or Credit

If a refund is not applicable but we are unable to resolve a concern during your service, we may offer an exchange (such as a free touch-up or redo of the service) or a credit toward future services, at our discretion.
5. Exclusions

Service Results: We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction based on personal preference or differences in makeup style, as makeup application is subjective. We always encourage open communication to discuss any concerns before the service is complete.

Late Arrival or Early Departure: If you are dissatisfied due to your late arrival or early departure from the service, we do not provide refunds.
6. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will apply to all services provided after the date of publication.
